Rates 2009 -2011 commencing 19 December 2009 -April 24th 2011:

Note: a 10% Accommodation tax is payable in addition to the rates published and will be included on your final invoice. Air Conditioning is not included and is charged locally.

Terms: Upon agreement of availability and your receipt of an invoice a 25% deposit is due within 7 days to confirm the booking. Final payment must be received no later than 9 weeks before arrival date. ( 50% for Christmas and New Year bookings)

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation 70 or more days before arrival date a full refund of monies received less a $250 administration fee will be given
Cancellation 45-70 days before arrival date 25% of the weekly rental rate shall be forfeited.
Cancellation less than 45 days prior to arrival date 100% of the weekly rental rate shall be forfeited.
All cancellations must be in writing. Fax or Email is acceptable. Deposits for dates between 15th December and 15th January are non refundable. There will be no refunds for late arrivals or early departures.

What is included; Our Concierge will meet you at the airport and escort you to the Villa. A full orientation of the facilities; mid - week clean plus week-end if staying longer than 1 week. Mains water; electricity; bedding and beach towels

What is not included: Air Conditioning; transfer from airport; Food and beverages.

Our professional concierge can be contacted prior and during your stay to arrange car hire, grocery delivery, chef and additional maid service, tours and boat hire etc.
