Note: an 11% Accommodation tax is payable in addition to the rates published and will be included on your final invoice. Air Conditioning is not included and is charged locally.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation 63 or more days before arrival date a full refund of monies received less a $250 administration fee will be given Cancellation 45-63 days before arrival date 25% of the weekly rental rate shall be forfeited. Cancellation less than 45 days prior to arrival date 100% of the weekly rental rate shall be forfeited. All cancellations must be in writing. Fax or Email is acceptable. Deposits for dates between 15th December and 15th January are non refundable. There will be no refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
What is included; Our Concierge will meet you at the airport and escort your taxi to the Villa. A full orientation of the facilities; mid - week clean plus week-end if staying longer than 1 week. Mains water; electricity; bedding and beach towels
What is not included: Air Conditioning; transfer from airport; Food and beverages.
